What are the delivery methods?
AZULEJO offers worldwide shipping for all orders. We ship to the Netherlands with PostNL and worldwide with DHL Express.
Custom Taxes and Duties for non-EU countries may be applicable.
How can I track my order?
From the moment you place your order, we ensure a smooth and transparent experience. You will receive timely updates throughout each stage of the process, keeping you informed along the way.
Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. This way, you stay connected to your order from our hands to yours.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to let us know if you wish to return an item. Once your return request has been submitted, the items must be sent back within 14 days, with proof of shipment.
We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item(s).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Items returned outside of the 14-day return window cannot be processed. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused after washing or improper care.
