Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth and effortless checkout experience. You can complete your purchase using Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, or Sofort. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

All payments are processed through secure systems. Our website is protected with SSL encryption to safeguard your personal and payment information at all times. We do not store any credit card details, ensuring an additional layer of security.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately processed by our warehouse to be prepared for shipment. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can still be made.
If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to assist, please note that we cannot promise that your request can be processed in time.
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Once received and processed, your refund will be issued.

AZULEJO offers worldwide shipping for all orders. We ship to the Netherlands with PostNL and worldwide with DHL Express.
Custom Taxes and Duties for non-EU countries may be applicable.
How can I track my order?
From the moment you place your order, we ensure a smooth and transparent experience. You will receive timely updates throughout each stage of the process, keeping you informed along the way.
Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. This way, you stay connected to your order from our hands to yours.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order at check-out. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns
What is the return policy?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to let us know if you wish to return an item. Once your return request has been submitted, the items must be sent back within 14 days, including valid proof of shipment, to AZULEJO.
We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your return request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Items returned outside of the 14-day return window cannot be processed. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused after washing or improper care.
How can I return my order?
AZULEJO offers worldwide shipping for all orders. We ship to the Netherlands with PostNL and worldwide with DHL Express. After your order is processed, delivery takes 2-3 business days (within the EU).
Custom Taxes and Duties for non-EU countries may be applicable.
What are the costs to return?
The return label is not complimentary and is not covered by AZULEJO. The costs depend on the shipping company and country that you ship it from.
Is it possible to exchange items?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item(s). You will receive a refund when the returned items are processed. Please place a new order if you would like to receive the item(s) in another size.
When can I expect a refund?
Please check the tracking link of your return shipment to see when your return is delivered to our warehouse. From this day, it will be processed within 14 days. We always refund on the same payment method that was used during the purchase.
